Great! Really appreciate the brightness-screenlet! :D

However, there's a bug in the netmonitor-screenlet. My puter enables/disables wireless interface by pushing a button. When wlan0 doesn't exist (ex at startup), the netmonitor screenlet blows out lots of error messages till I shut it down. Would be nice to have a "Does NIC ethX exist? No? Then don't do anything"-feature.

 Not working...

I'm new to this great world of Linux and I'm running Gnome in fedora 8. I downloaded your screenlets and ran the make file which ran great np. But when I ran the make menu I got -

make menu
make -C desktop-menu
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/micro/Download/Screenlets/screenlets/desktop-menu'
cp /home/micro/.config/menus/applications.menu /home/micro/.config/menus/applications.menu.bak
cp: cannot stat `/home/micro/.config/menus/applications.menu': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [install] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/micro/Download/Screenlets/screenlets/desktop-menu'
make: *** [menu] Error 2

Did I do something wrong? I see the Screenlets in the application menu but I have no menu to configure screenlets. It just runs then nothing. Do I have to install some screenlets or something else that I'm missing.

 Sticky on Xfce

Hi!
Thank you so much for your work Whise! It's awesome!
I'm just having a small problem. When I start a screenlet on Xfce without Compiz, it appears only on the workspace I'm on, even if Sticky is enabled. Right now, I have to disable and re-enable this option each time I start any screenlet.
I checked the Sticky checkbox in the screenlets-manager options, but that only seems to work with screenlets I haven't opened before. Once it has been open, the problem appears.
This problem was there in the previous release too, but I have recently noticed it, when I stopped using Compiz.
Any way, good job! Thank you!

 Hey :)

I have the latest Screenlets 0.1.1 which on the whole runs fine. I tried the sidebar on my system (LinuxMint 4 with dual monitor setup - one large destop) & can't get the sidebar to be placed on the right of my 1st monitor. When I try it from the properties most of the functions are greyed out hence not being able to move it! any ideas would be helpful.
I've also noticed that clicking any screenlet to start on startup never works/worked & always need to add it manually?

TIA
